I hope all had a Merry and wonderful Christmas. We are looking forward to hosting you to a weekend of Family, Fellowship, Fun and Food at our annual Anthony-Ellison Family Reunion, Thursday July 11 thru Sunday July 14, 2024 in the District of Columbia, Washington, D.C. The reunion is starting on Thursday this year to give family members enough time to tour the many sites that DC has to offer.
We have included the Registration Fee and Hotel information below, and hope that you will register soon.
The Reunion Committee has selected the Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Chevy Chase Pavilion 4300 Military Road NW Washington, District of Columbia, 20015 as our host hotel for the family reunion. A stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Chevy Chase Pavilion places you in the heart of Washington, within a 10-minute drive of George Washington University and Lincoln Memorial. This family-friendly aparthotel is 6.1 mi from the National Mall and 6.4 mi from the White House.
Reservations:
Guestroom rates are good one (1) day prior to arrival on Thursday, July 11, 2024, and (1) day after the Departure Date of Sunday, July 14, 2024 for those who would like to come a day
earlier or stay a day later, and are based on room type availability.
Near Chevy Chase Pavilion Shopping Center, make yourself at home in one of the 198 guestrooms featuring refrigerators and microwaves. A limited number of guest rooms have been blocked and are available at the group discount rates of $189.00 for Single or Double and $20.00 for each additional Adult plus 15.95% local taxes. Rate includes complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and complimentary evening reception. All rooms are 1King bed Suite or 2 Double beds Suite based on availability.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit or debit card and must be received on or before Tuesday, June 11, 2024, the Cutoff date.
Cancellation:
Individual reservations must be cancelled not later than 72 hours prior to intended arrival in order to avoid cancellation charges. Please obtain a cancellation number from the reservations agent if you must cancel.
Although the Cut Off date is not until June 11, 2024, please reserve your room(s) by March 11, 2024 so that we can determine if we need to increase the room block so that we can get a clear head count for food and activity purposes. Self-parking fee: $32.00 per night.

The Registration Fee covers:
