2018 Anthony-Ellison Family Reunion Registration Fees

Dear Family Members,
Get ready for a fun-filled weekend of Family, Fellowship, Fun and Food at our annual Anthony-Ellison Family Reunion, Friday July 13 thru Sunday July 15, 2018 in Orlando, Florida.  Your home away from home will be provided by the Holiday Inn Express and Suites - International Drive, 7276 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819.  Phone: 407-535-4100 – Web: www.holidayinnidrive.com.   Standard rooms will be two Queen size beds or 1 King bed for $110.00 per night plus 12.5% tax (up to 4 per room). A limited number of rooms have been blocked and are available at the group discount rates.  You do not need to pay for your room in advance, but a major credit card is needed to reserve the room. Please book your hotel reservation early (by February 15, 2018) so that we can determine if more rooms are needed for the group block.  To avoid a cancellation penalty for individual reservations of one-night room and tax, reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to your arrival.  Room rate includes Hot Buffet breakfast for up to 4 people per room.

The Family Reunion Committee has worked very hard to keep the registration fees as affordable as possible while maintaining a quality event. Your advance payment is appreciated for us to efficiently and effectively plan and prepare for this grand occasion and for your arrival.

The Non-refundable Registration Fees by age are as follows:
Ages 0-2:                      $Free
Ages 3 years:                $37.00 each (The St John Rivership charge from ages 3 and up)
Ages 4-12:                    $63.00 each
Adults (13 and older):   $99.00 each
T-Shirts:  Adults & Youth          $15.00 each
                    Child                        $12.00 each

The Registration Fee covers snacks and light refreshment for Friday night Meet and Greet and a night of family fun and games at the NASCAR I-Drive entertainment complex, Saturday St John Rivership 3-hour Luncheon Cruise, and Sunday after church Family dinner.   Saturday evening is on your own to explore Orlando and it may attractions.

For your convenience, two payment methods are available to submit your registration fees:

  • Wait for the Send Money to “Jimmie” web page to appear, and
  • Then enter the "Dollar Amount" you wish to pay and Click Next.
  • Enter your Email and Password
  • Then click Log in and follow the instructions
  • Do not check the box (Good and Services)
  • You will have to link your bank account to PayPal in order to avoid paying the 2.9 processing fees with a credit or debit card.
  • Please copy and paste this form or list the name(s), address, phone, age, and email of the family member(s) for whom you are submitting payment in the "note" section of the PayPal payment form.

Two Payment Options:
Option #1: Registration fees paid in full by May 30, 2018 for each person attending the reunion.
Option #2: Half payment of registration fees by February 15, 2018 for each person attending the reunion. The balance paid in full by May 30, 2018.
All Registration Fees must be paid in full by May 30, 2018
