2019 Anthony-Ellison Family Reunion Registration Fees
Dear Family Members,
We are looking forward to hosting you to a weekend of Family, Fellowship, Fun and Food at our annual Anthony-Ellison Family Reunion, Friday July 12 thru Sunday July 14, 2019 in Fayetteville, NC. The Homewood Suite by Hilton Fayetteville, NC has been selected as our host hotel located at 4028 Legend Avenue, Fayetteville, NC 28303, Phone 910-672-7800.
The hotel has extended a special group rate for a 1 King Bed Studio Suite with Sofa Sleeper of $119.00 per room per night plus applicable taxes, currently 13% and for a 2 Queen Beds 1 Bedroom Suite with Sofa Sleeper of $134.00 per night plus applicable taxes, currently 13%. The rates are good for the dates starting Thursday July 11 through Sunday July14, 2019 for those who like to arrive a day early or stay over a day later. Each individual is responsible for their own Room, Tax & Incidentals.
A limited number of rooms have been blocked and are available at the group discount rates. Although the Cut Off date is not until June 28, 2019, we are asking to please reserve your room(s) as early as possible but no later than March 15, 2019 so that we can determine if we need to increase the group room block.

The Non-refundable Registration Fees by age are as follows:
Ages 0-2: $Free
Ages 3-4: $20.00 each
Ages 5-10: $40.00 each
Ages 11-12: $60.00 each
Children 13+ and Adults: $99.00 each
T-Shirts: Adults & Youth $15.00 each
Child $12.00 each
The Registration Fee covers light food and light refreshment for Friday night Meet and Greet, Saturday Picnic, Saturday night Banquet Dinner, and Sunday after church Lunch.

Option #1: Registration fees paid in full by May 12, 2019 for each person attending the reunion.
Option #2: Half payment of registration fees by April 12, 2019 for each person attending the reunion. The balance paid in full by May 12, 2018.
