2025 Anthony-Ellison Family Reunion
HOTEL INFORMATION
The Reunion Committee has selected the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive as our host hotel. Address 8250 Jamaican Court Orlando, FL 32819 407-345-8250. Located in the heart of the International Drive 360 District. Only 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport, and the Embassy Suites superior location is hard to beat. Ideally situated, only minutes from Orlando’s World-Famous theme parks and adjacent to I Drive 360 and Pointe Orlando, an upscale dining, shopping and entertainment complex.
A limited number of guest rooms have been blocked and are available at the group discount rates of $169.00 Single or Double and subject to applicable state and local taxes, (currently) 12.5% In effect at check-in. All rooms are 1King or 2 Double beds based on availability. Additional occupancy may be subject to an additional charge. No charge for children ages seventeen (17) and under who are utilizing existing room with parents.
Reservations:
Guestroom rates are good three (3) days prior to arrival on Friday, July 11, 2025, and (3) days after the Departure Date of Sunday, July 13, 2025, for those who would like to come a few days earlier or stay a few days later, and are based on room type availability.

In doing so, please ask your attendees to request the GROUP rate for ANTHONY-ELLISON FAMILY REUNION. Reservations must be secured for one night’s guestroom and tax at the time of booking with either credit/debit card, cash or check payment. Pleas ask for confirmation number.

Cancellation:
The HOTEL has a 72 hours individual guest room cancellation policy. If an individual guest cancels less than 72 hours prior to arrival, the credit/debit card used to guarantee the reservation will be charged a one night’s guestroom and tax fee. If deposit was sent in to guarantee the reservation it will be refunded only if the room is canceled more than 72 hours before arrival.
Although the Cut Off date is not until June 3, 2025, please reserve your room(s) by May 3, 2025 or earlier if possible so that we can determine if we need to increase the room block so that we can get a clear head count for food and activity purposes.
Parking: The self-parking fee (self - parking only) is complimentary per day per vehicle for over night and guest attending the reunion.
